Working power test

1. The light will be emphasized to the customer signed sample dimming

2、Use IV tester test

3. Every 2 hours to correct the light intensity


Use and storage environmental conditions

1. Storage conditions: room temperature, humidity not more than 60%.

2、Under the sun without shade outdoor environment use

3. Working environment temperature: -20℃~60℃

4、Use iron temperature: 360±10℃

5. Spot welding time not more than 3 seconds, and multiple spot welding interval time not less than 30 seconds,

Appearance inspection requirements

Description: Appearance inspection when holding the product parallel to the line of sight, sight distance of 30 cm, tilt 45 degrees, left and right deflection of 15 degrees, 5 seconds can not find obvious defects for qualified.

2. neatly arranged silicon wafers.

3. wafer chipping, chipped corners: L ≤ 3.5mm W ≤ 3.5mm N ≤ 8.

4. wafer surface stains: ⊙ ≤ 4mm N ≤ 8.

5. scratches: L ≤ 10mm.

6. no obvious bright spots: W ≤ 1.5mm N ≤ 6.

7. cell gap soiling, spot area: ⊙ ≤ 0.8mm N ≤ 8.

8. tin dross, bubbles, miscellaneous foreign matter within the glue: ⊙ ≤ 2.5mm N ≤ 6.

9. Laser cutting process, the tolerance range of length and width dimensions is ± 0.25mm.


If there is any dispute on the above standard, the limit sample confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
